The room was never equipped for video
Plenty of rooms, boardrooms especially, still have no conferencing device or no display at all. Staff learn to avoid them, and capacity you paid for sits empty.

The call connects, but nobody can hear
Audio is the complaint we hear most, not video: a voice too far from the microphone, a noisy far end, speech that arrives muffled. People forgive a soft picture; they do not forgive this.

Laptops will not connect
Bring-your-own-device should be one cable or one click. When a guest laptop cannot share content or use the room’s camera and microphones, the meeting stalls before it starts.

How We Choose
Five decisions, in this order. Change the order and the room goes wrong.
Every room we design has to be easy to deploy, easy to use and easy to maintain, and still have room to expand three to five years on. That comes from making five decisions in the right order.

We measure the room first
Dimensions, seating, ceiling height, glazing and wall finishes. A glass-walled room and a carpeted one with identical floor plans need entirely different audio.
- 02
We start from your platform
Teams, Zoom, Webex or Meet. The certified path differs for each, and buying hardware before settling this is how rooms end up unsupported.
- 03
We design for the worst seat
Not the seat nearest the microphone. If the person at the far end of the table is intelligible to a remote participant, everyone else already is.
- 04
We standardise what users touch
Identical controls in every room, whatever sits behind the wall. Nobody should have to learn a second room.

We stay after handover
Firmware and patch management, back-to-back support from the manufacturer and a contracted response time. Rooms drift; someone has to own that.

Room type drives almost every decision that follows it: camera field of view, microphone pickup pattern, whether you need a DSP at all. Prices are indicative and include the display, the video conferencing kit and installation.

A new Singapore headquarters, fitted out end to end in four weeks
A leading global food and agri-business, headquartered and listed in Singapore, moved into a new office and wanted every space delivered as one turnkey project. The brief: equipment that is clean, easy to deploy, easy to use and easy to maintain, with room to expand after three to five years. We designed and installed eleven kinds of space, from the townhall to the pantry. Meeting rooms run Microsoft Teams Rooms on Yealink, sized from the A10 in managers’ rooms to the MVC S90 in the training room, with Shure and Sennheiser microphones, Biamp and Shure processing, Extron control and Samsung displays throughout.

After Handover
The install is the short part. The next three to five years are the job.
Firmware moves, certifications change, and rooms drift out of the state you commissioned them in. Someone has to own that, in writing.

We keep room systems on current firmware and apply manufacturer patches, so every room stays certified for its platform and supported by its vendor.
Back-to-back vendor support
A fault we cannot close ourselves goes straight to the manufacturer through our reseller agreements. You deal with one team, not eighteen.
Contracted response
Phone, email or video call, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. We respond within four hours and are on site by the next business day. Evening, weekend and public-holiday cover is available on contract.
Built to expand
Every design leaves room to grow over three to five years, so adding a room or upgrading a display does not mean starting again.

- How much does a video conferencing meeting room cost in Singapore?
- A meeting room installed by VisionCast costs from about S$3,500 for a huddle room to about S$40,850 for a townhall, including the display, the video conferencing kit and installation. - How long does it take to install a meeting room?
- Most meeting rooms are installed in a day or less: about 3 hours for a huddle or small room, 4 hours for a mid-size room and one day for a large room. A boardroom takes about four days on site, and a training room or townhall about one week. Hardware lead time is confirmed with your quote. A complete new office of eleven space types took four weeks, including handover and training.
- Do you fit out whole offices, or only meeting rooms?
- VisionCast fits out whole offices as one turnkey project: townhalls, training rooms, boardrooms, meeting and huddle rooms, booth rooms, reception, pantry and open-office screens. One design, one installation team and one support agreement cover every space.
- Do you install Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms?
- Yes. VisionCast installs certified room systems for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex and Google Meet, as well as bring-your-own-device rooms that work with any platform from a laptop. We settle the platform first, because each one has its own certified device list.
- Which brands does VisionCast supply?

- Often, yes. A site survey establishes what is still certified for your platform and what is holding the room back. Reusing what works is usually cheaper than rip-and-replace.

- VisionCast supports every room by phone, email and video call from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a four-hour response and on-site attendance by the next business day.
